Outside of occasional outages, in mid August an issue was identified with Lexia Core software preventing successful and reliable use by our students and staff. After a long collaborative effort, and with Lexia's latest fix, the issue appears to be resolved.

We believe that the issue was related to an OS version and graphics accelerator compatibility issue.

Based on the type of fix, it will be required that users who have experienced issues, shutdown (power off) their devices, and turn them back on and login before attempting to use Lexia.
