Known Issues:
Special Ed teachers lose access to edit - this is being resolved in the next day.
Site Administrators now have editing access - They were created manually so any updates have to be manually done
Look up the last name and you can see what role they are - teacher, aide, parent, student, etc.
You can then click on their name and see what email address is associated with that account - that can clear up a lot of confusion.
Parents:
They should click on Forget Password.
They will then be sent instructions and a temp password.
If this does not work:
Look up the last name and see if there is an email address associated with the person.
If not, give them the Username and Password.
Log in with the username:

School: Type in San Ramon Valley Unified School District
They can then go to settings and set different password.
